We prioritize velocity. After your initial Discovery Call, we typically match you with a vetted specialist within 48 to 72 hours. Our streamlined onboarding ensures they are integrated and productive by the end of their first week.

02What does the $250 setup fee cover?

Your Workflow Audit, customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the full technical integration of your new VA into your software stack (Slack, CRM, Project Management tools). It is a one-time investment in your operational infrastructure.

03Are there long-term contracts?

No. We operate on a flexible month-to-month basis. While we recommend a 90-day window to see the full impact of automated workflows, you have the freedom to scale hours up or down based on your business cycles without being locked into annual commitments.

04How do you ensure the quality of talent?

We use a rigorous multi-stage vetting process. Few applicants make it through every stage. Every VA is tested for English proficiency, technical aptitude in AI tools, and cultural alignment with high-performance Western business standards.

05What if the VA isn't a perfect fit?

We provide a Replacement Guarantee. If the chemistry or skillset doesn't align within the first 14 days, we will rematch you with a new specialist at no additional cost. We handle the knowledge transfer to ensure your business operations remain uninterrupted.
